1 - Personalize AuctionPerfect

AuctionPerfect makes it simple to add the organization and event's information. From logo to location, make AuctionPerfect personal to your organization and event.

Past event data may be imported to AuctionPerfect, allowing a smooth transition from current event management tools and, most importantly, maintaining event legacy data.

AuctionPerfect not only manages silent and live auction fundraisers, this program supports fixed price events, sponsorship levels and raffles.

2 - Populate AuctionPerfect

Once AuctionPerfect has been personalized for the event, let the donations begin!. With a click, email (or mail) notifications may be sent to potential donors and to past donors with their donation history.. Donations can be made via the event’s AuctionPerfect website. Item descriptions, values and photos can be entered along with donor information.

Event ticket purchases for raffles or dinners can additionally be made on the event’s AuctionPerfect website.

AuctionPerfect is not a one-trick pony. This program can be used for annual events year after year or for multiple events in a calendar year.

3 - Produce with AuctionPerfect

A perfectly managed event! AuctionPerfect allows event coordinators to focus on donations, donors and dinner, not data.

Auction bid sheets, catalogues, invoices, receipts (electronic or paper) can be produced with little more than a click. For dinners, AuctionPerfect may be used to create table seating charts and name cards.

AuctionPerfect allows guests to spend more time bidding and enjoying than waiting in line. Guest check-in and bidder number assignment is a breeze, as is the most important auction winner check-out.

Not only does AuctionPerfect manage event data, this program can produce an event management plan, including tasks and timelines. No more data lost as event personnel change. The event plan and data will be available in AuctionPerfect for the next event.
